Thunderstorm chances increase on Friday

Afternoon storms will continue across parts of New Mexico into the weekend. Heavy rain will be possible in parts of the state, especially Friday.  Severe weather moved through northeast New Mexico Wednesday afternoon and evening, dropping heavy rain and golf ball size hail.
