Three classmates envision their hometowns and new lands, with paintings by Tokeshi, Shimabukuro, and Inamine of Tohoku University of Art and Design

Misaki Inamine (19), Kanna Tokeshi (19), and Riho Shimabukuro (19), all first-year students at Tohoku University of Art and Design in Yamagata City, were recently selected for the Okinawa Exhibition in the painting category. The three, who left their hometowns, put their feelings for Okinawa and their newfound love for the area into their work.
