Three people are in jail after nearly 30 dogs were found dead in plastic bags and thrown into a pile in the back yard of an Alabama home. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a concerned citizen about 10:45 a.m. Monday reporting possible animal cruelty in the 8100 block of Lee Road 146 in the Beauregard community.
