Today (Thursday, 11 September 2025) Urdd Gobaith Cymru has confirmed that 2028’s National Eisteddfod yr Urdd will be held in Eryri, Gwynedd. A public meeting for volunteers and supporters will be held in Ysgol Brynerfail, Llanrug on Wednesday, 24 September. Eryri will host the 2028 National Urdd Eisteddfod, it has been announced. Urdd Gobaith Cymru confirmed on Thursday morning (September 11) that Gwynedd region will welcome the annual Welsh-language youth festival.
