RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Residents are sharing their reaction after a shooting left a man dead near Byrd Park on Wednesday. The Richmond Police Department said officers responded to a shooting call near the 1300 block of Hampton Street around 6:24 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12.
