Third contractor brought on for Dothan's city hall build

DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) -- The city of Dothan has hired a third contractor for the huge city hall project. The city approved hiring UES professional solutions, a third-party testing firm, during Tuesday's commission meeting. The contract is almost $400,000.
