The intense storm recorded on the afternoon of Monday, September 8th in the metropolitan area increased the flow of the Santa Catarina River. Governor Samuel García indicated that because the La Boca Dam exceeded 100% of its filling it is carried out controlled defogue of 50 cubic meters per second.
After the intense rains, La Boca Dam dawned with a filling of 103.67 percent; the Conagua opened a gate.
