Exhausted, overheated and having already become sick once, Giovanni “Gio” Rebollar still had stairs left to climb. The 24-year-old probationary firefighter with the Sheridan Fire Authority had joined his younger brother, Johnny, 19, in making their way through LMCU Ballpark on Saturday, completing more than 2,000 steps while wearing full turnout gear.
