Ecologists in Action has submitted to the Dispute Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) an appeal against the approval of the General Urban Planning Plan (PGOU) of Ubrique. The reason is the inclusion as unconsolidated urban or urban land of three areas of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, in breach of EU directives and rulings of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court.
