The spokesman for the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Andrei Žarnea, reacted strongly after the Vice-President of the Russian Security Council, Dmitri Medvedev, launched a giant attack at the address of the head of the European diplomat, Kaja Kallas, who called it a 'Blond Shoolan'.
