MAINZ – On Monday afternoon, an incident occurred at the Theodor-Heuss-Bridge between Mainz and Wiesbaden, in which two workers were stuck in a work gondola. The incident was reported shortly after 4 p.m., when the equipment of a maintenance company fell under the bridge and could no longer be moved.
A blocked work gondola has provided a larger fire service at a Rhine bridge between Wiesbaden and Mainz.
