On Friday, the judge ordered pre-trial detention for the alleged father-in-law of Fuenmayor (La Rioja), a 19-year-old, for a crime of homicide on New Year's Eve afternoon, in a situation of continued violence in the family that seriously affected the mother and the four children.
The woman of the victim of the parricide of Fuenmayor (La Rioja), for whom a son allegedly killed her father last New Year's Eve, was included in the VioGén system (Integrated Monitoring System of Cases of Gender Violence) in 2012, following a complaint filed in Navarra. The order was inactive when both resumed cohabitation.
