The special envoy of the US president, Steven Whitkov, met with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghi and they had “very positive and constructive” talks, the White House said today. “Special Envoy Whitkoff stressed to Dr. Araghi said he has instructions from President Trump to resolve our two countries' differences through dialogue and diplomacy, if possible,” the White House said in a statement.
