The Trilerism of Conde-Pumpido: Does Not Apply to Himself the Law with Which He Removed Macias From Amnesty

The plenary of the Constitutional Court unanimously rejected the challenge lodged by the former president of Generalitat Carles Puigdemont and the 'ex-consellera' Clara Ponsati against Judge José Marías Macías to remove him from the decision of the amparo appeals filed by those convicted for their responsibility in the 'procedure' by the Supreme Court to which the amnesty has not been applied.
