  • Fred Fishlock, Trip.com's UK country head, said "Visa-free travel has consistently proven to be one of the strongest catalysts for demand — particularly for long-haul routes and first-time travellers." China's 2023 visa-free policy corroborates this.
  • In the coming years, Trip.com says the combination of popular culture and digital tools provides a strong foundation for sustained growth in Asia travel. Over 3 in 10 respondents want to visit more than five years ago.
