The UN Secretary General, António Guterres, warned about the accelerated transfer of power from governments and people to large technology companies and machines, in an international scenario marked by the fragmentation of markets and the weakening of cooperation.
The current system of global governance, established after World War II, no longer conforms to the current balance of powers and needs reform, said UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.
