At the recent “Coffee with the Mayor” held on February 12, with current Mayor Ken Watkins, and City Manager Tim Walsh, Kingman residents once again heard what has become a familiar refrain from City Hall: we have a major infrastructure problem, it has been going on for years, it will cost between $50 and $100 million to fix, and the likely solution is to raise rates on the citizens.
