The Public Prosecution Service on Thursday requested compulsory psychiatric treatment for 32-year-old Jesse R. for the beheading of his mother on April 16 of last year in her home on Molenstraat in Hellevoetsluis. The Public Prosecution Service did not demand a prison sentence, but only compulsory psychiatric treatment.
