The first basic prosecutor's office in Belgrade in the pre-investigation procedure regarding the attack of Milan Lađević, editor-in-chief of "Srpski Telegraf" on Vuk Cvijić, journalist of "Radar", established (less than 11 months after the event) that Lađević hit and pushed Cvijić in Kosovska Street on May 29 last year, but that there were no elements of a criminal offense in that violent act.
