The councilor group in the Niš City Assembly, consisting of the People's Movement of Serbia, the Democratic Party and the Movement of Free Citizens, assessed that the decisions made at the last assembly session may be not only politically illegitimate, but also legally disputable because, before the session led by SG President Igor Novaković, a final conviction was issued against him, which resulted in the termination of his mandate.
