The number of women in corporate management is increasing. However, these are mostly smaller companies with lower profits.

There are more and more women in company management. While ten years ago, a quarter of domestic companies sat on statutory bodies, where they represent them externally and make fundamental decisions, this number is currently less than a third. However, this mainly concerns companies in the service sector or with lower turnover. MPs are currently adopting a law that is intended to further support women's representation.
