The Navarren Audiencia Slows Down the Eviction of an Apartment in Pamplona by Not Seeing a Willingness to Negotiate in the Owners

The Third Section of the Provincial Court of Navarre has considered the appeal filed by a couple who were living on rent in a flat in Pamplona and who in the first instance had received a sentence that allowed their lease to be resolved and thus their eviction to be evicted. The Court now states that in the communication by the owners of the house for the eviction of the property there is no real desire to reach an agreement.
