The Spanish police have just dismantled a network of smugglers between the Spanish enclave of Ceuta, north of Morocco, and the peninsula. At least five people have been arrested in recent days, in Ceuta and in the Andalusian city of La Línea de la Concepción, suspected of having charged up to 9,000 euros for crossing the Strait of Gibraltar.
