In the eyes of everyone, one of the great mysteries of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is hidden. Eight iron dogs have been guarding the square of Santa Ana for more than a century, right in front of the Cathedral of the Canary Islands. Although it is difficult to find a grancanario who has never seen them in his life, or who does not have a photograph uploaded to them, no one knows for sure how they arrived there.
