Starting Tuesday, April 7, the municipality of Hoorn will temporarily accommodate a maximum of 26 status holders in a hotel. This is evident from a letter from Mayor Jan Nieuwenburg to the municipal council. The measure is part of a nationwide operation by the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA). This operation is being carried out at the request of the Ministry of Asylum and Migration, reports Ons West-Friesland.
