The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation proposes to include in the basic tax base for NPFL, at rates of 13-22 per cent, "passive" income, on dividends and other shares, on interest on deposits, on securities and digital rights, on the sale of property and on the realization of participation, on insurance and gift contracts, as stated by the agency's press service.
They also want to round up overseas Internet purchases of VAT and to charge 100 rubles from parcels to 200 to 24 September 2026.
