Ashburn's loss is Reston's gain. The Meadows Original Frozen Custard shop has opened its new shop in Reston - a year after it closed its location at One Loudoun. The new frozen treat shop can be found in the South Lakes Village shopping center. That's off South Lakes Drive just south of Sunrise Valley Drive.
