The police began questioning yesterday. According to Ilta-Sanomat, the victim had acted as a support family for the young man suspected of the murder.
A man suspected of murder and attempted murder in Mikkeli was arrested in Southwest Finland on Thursday, police say.
The suspect in the murder and other crimes is a 19-year-old man from Jyväskylä. He has been cooperative during interrogations, says investigation director Marfa Raipela.
The fact was carried out in 2006, when it was already major, but according to the old Criminal Code it was framed to "sexual act with a minor" and received three years of suspension. He remained free, and in 2011 he killed a man. Then he was released, although he was sentenced to exile in 2026. He is now looking for police, as the main suspect for the death of a 23-year-old youth.
