Although the gap is still large, in recent years women’s participation in the labor market in Mexico has increased. Official figures indicate that the creation of jobs for women has been about 3.5 million and the informality rate has decreased to 54.9%, its lowest level in many years. A necessary tool in these times of social uncertainty is training.
The beginning of the course favors the recruitment of teachers in October, and with it the increase of affiliation to the Social Security. Last month the dynamics of each year was repeated, and on this occasion almost 2,800 contributors were discharged in the general regime regarding September, figure that prompted Navarra to have recorded new record of affiliation, never before had there been 317,152 people working in our territory.
