We need substantial projects for the Kozani Carnival, not actions that are simply recycled every year without any real impact. For example, distributing leaflets only in stores, fluorescent bracelets and placing Lantern objects in shop windows do not offer anything new, nor do they contribute substantially to the promotion of the custom.
