The judge of the National High Court Santiago Pedraz has summoned the current manager of the PSOE, Ana María Fuentes, to declare as investigated on September 9. The investigator of the Leire Díez case has agreed to hold the interrogation to investigate the alleged involvement of Fuentes in the preparation of "mandatory" invoices.The UCO attributed this role to Fuentes in a report contributed to the case on May 26.
Both will have to appear at the seat of the court on September 9th.
