On the Istanbul Stock Exchange, the BIST 100 index rose by 1.08 percent in the first half of the day, reaching 13,263.95 points.
The BIST 100 index started the day down 1.32 percent at 12,948.83 points. As of 10.45 a.m., the index rose 1.9 percent to 13,370 points
