The decision provides for an automatic exchange of data from beneficiaries to monitor whether they meet the requirements.
The resolution stresses that this new measure "contributes to the strengthening of the social protection system, strengthening the link between health and education policy and income policy, in line with the commitments made by the State in the area of children and adolescents, poverty reduction and access to formal education."
