The Government promulgated Law 27.828, which redefines the regime of Cold Zone and restricts access to automatic discount on the gas ticket. The norm, officialized in the Official Gazette, changes both the scope of this differential rate and the basis for calculation on which the benefit is applied.
It was sanctioned in Congress on September 24 and will be valid until December 31, 2031.
The new legislation changes the scope of the regime and the way of access.
