From Prague Central Station at 07:15 the first train of the new Czech Railways (ČD) Baltic Express line left for Gdynia, Poland on the Baltic Sea. Passengers should reach the destination station from Prague in approximately nine hours. Against the timetable, the service departed with a delay of 24 minutes. The delays were caused by operational reasons, said Filip Medelsky, a spokesman for the railways.
