The expert: “A decency requirement to be interviewed”

Neither politicians nor civil servants have any obligation to give interviews to the media. But the entire constitution in Sweden is based on those in power being subject to scrutiny, says freedom of expression expert Nils Funcke, referring to Kramfors municipality's handling of the padel affair.
