(COLORADO SPRINGS) — On Sunday morning, 'The Race to the Clouds' quickly turned into the race to Glen Cove for the 103rd Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Due to high winds, the start of the race was delayed by two hours and fifteen minutes and shortened the length of the course by 60%, but that did not stop the 72 drivers competing.
