DICKINSON — Yesterday at Dickinson State University, the Dickinson Youth Commission presented at a Rotary Club meeting to give updates on their first semester of service in their youth representative role. The Dickinson Youth Commission was first created in August 2021, when the resolution proposing the program passed unanimously before the Dickinson City Commission.
