A herd of cattle roams the nature reserve every summer to help manage and restore wood pasture, which is a key habitat there.
Grazing was re-introduced in 1997 and this season there will be 15 cows working three areas until the autumn.
This years' herd is a mixture of Dexter and Galloways.
