The Union of Commercial Televisions in Open (UTECA) will present "in the next few days" a commercial lawsuit against RTVE for the commercialization of spots of unofficial sponsors of the World Cup 2026 to all types of advertisers, on the understanding that it is a commercial action "contrary to the financing law of RTVE of 2009, which established the withdrawal of advertising from the public chain".
