The Regional Court in České Budějovice opened insolvency proceedings on Monday against the Kovosvit MAS foundry from Sezimovo Ústí in the Tábor region. As can be seen from the insolvency register, the petition was filed by one of the company's employees. The foundry ceased operations in May and has not paid its employees' wages.
