The Constitutional Court (MK) will decide on three cases that test the immunity of prosecutors against Article 8 paragraph (5) of Law Number 11 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Law Number 16 of 2004 concerning the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office. Cases 67/PUU-XXIII/2025, 15/PUU-XXIII/2025 and 9/PUU-XXIII/2025 will be decided on Thursday (16/10/2024) at the MKRI Building, Central Jakarta.
