MTV has learned that the Constitutional Council unanimously accepted the appeal of President Joseph Awn and repealed article 3 of the Banking Reform Act, approved by the House of Representatives, for failure to vote in accordance with due process, replacing the article contained in Act No. 23/2025, which refers to the terms of reference of the Monetary and Credit Act.
