Haščák is returning to the management of Penta, his criminal prosecution has ended

The co-founder of the Penta Investments investment group, Jaroslav Haščák, is returning to the top management of the company after less than four years and after being cleared of charges. Haščák founded the group 30 years ago with Marko Dospiva and Jozef Oravkin.

He resigned his position in December 2020 after the first allegation was made.

The ownership structure at the level of Penta Investments Group Limited Cyprus and the associated voting rights or economic benefits remain unchanged.

The co-founder of the Penta investment group is resuming an executive role after the Slovak prosecutor's office cleared him of charges in the Gorilla case.
