Sušice in the Klatovy region will buy almost 17 unused hectares of the former SOLO company site for 250 million crowns. After three years, it has reached an agreement with the Brno owner of the former match factory site, joint-stock company N166. This is a turning point in the development of the city, because it is a dismal part of Sušice directly adjacent to the conservation area. The city is already negotiating with foreign architects.
