INFO THE FIGARO - In May 2024, the City of Paris had organized a poster campaign to defend the right to "choose to die with dignity", in full review of the law on the end of life. This campaign has undermined the neutrality of the public service, the administrative court believes.

While the bill on aid to die was discussed in the Assembly in May 2024, the City of Paris had launched a poster campaign promoting euthanasia. The City is ordered to pay 1,800 euros to three associations.
