Madrid City Council rejects Urbagestion’s offer for Maricarmen to return home

The City of Madrid has rejected this Friday the offer of Urbagestion to buy the flat from where Maricarmen has been evicted for "inviability". However, the consistory does offer its "mediation".
The owner of the apartment from where Maricarmen Abascal was evicted presented an urgent proposal to the City Hall of Madrid so that the 87-year-old could return home. However, the local authority eventually refused the solution for legal non-compliance.
