In a previous post, we asked whether Telemarksforsking would admit that the choice of method for calculating the capacity of the school buildings in Sande was problematic. We pointed out that Norconsult does not use general area requirements for new buildings when assessing capacity in existing school buildings. In the municipal council meeting, Kjetil Lie from Telemarksforsking rejected the Norconsult approach as unsuitable.
