The central government recorded a primary deficit of R$ 53.257 billion in May, as announced this Monday (29) by the National Treasury. With this, in the accumulated 12 months, the central government had a deficit of R$ 142.3 billion, equivalent to 1.06% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
