The Belgian royal family walks the Camino de Santiago “as if they were normal citizens”

After the traditional ‘atasco’ of pilgrims that are recorded during the holidays of Holy Week, the Belgian royal family has taken advantage of the last days to cover several stretches of the Camino de Santiago. The kings Felipe and Matilda, who have travelled to Spain with their children, began their pilgrimage on the French Route in the sacred town of Sarria, a hundred kilometres from Santiago.
